When you opt-in for Redo at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for an exchange, refund, or store credit for FREE.

If you decide not to buy Redo, you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

Your order will be processed in 1-3 business days. You will receive an email with a link to tracking information when your order ships. Carriers estimate that orders within the U.S. will be delivered within 2-10 business days, and international orders can expect to take up to a month or more.

If your tracking says your order was delivered, please start by checking with a neighbor or someone you live with to see if they picked up the package. Sometimes the mail system says it was delivered and it will show up in a few days. Look outside all of your doors in case the package wasn't delivered at the front. If you live in an apartment complex, check to make sure the package wasn't delivered to a front office or a locked mailbox. Please also check your order confirmation email to be sure your address was entered correctly. If your package doesn’t arrive within a week of the “delivered” notification from the carrier, please reach out to us atinfo@fightthenewdrug.organd we will try to resolve the issue.

Oh no! We want to make it right. If your item arrived damaged or you received something different than what you ordered, please use our customer portal here. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos:

• For damaged items: include a photo showing the damage.
• For incorrect items: include a photo of the packing slip and photos of the front of the items showing the SKU sticker and size tag (if it’s a shirt).

Once submitted, our team will review and get back to you shortly so we can make things right and get you repping the movement!

If your item hasn’t been washed or worn and was ordered within the last 30 days, you can return or exchange it. To start a return or exchange, please use our customer portal here. For exchanges, you can either exchange your item directly through the portal or return your item for store credit and place a new order in the size you need.
