When will my order be delivered?

When your order ships, you will receive an email with a link to tracking information. Carriers estimate that orders within the U.S. will be delivered within 2-10 business days, and international orders can take up to a month or more. Check out the tracking for your order for a specific estimated delivery date.

How do I return my order?

Please send your returns to the following address. Please include your full name, email address, and order number in your return. We will issue a refund for the items you return as soon as we have them and you can reorder at any time!

Can I exchange my order for a different size?

Unfortunately we're unable to do exchanges. However, you can return the shirt for a refund then place a new order in the size you'd like!

Tracking says my order was delivered but I didn’t receive it. What do I do?

The good news is, this is pretty common, and it’s likely your order will surface within the next couple of days. Start by checking with a neighbor or someone you live with to see if they picked up the package, look outside all of your doors in case the package wasn't delivered at the front, if you live in an apartment complex, check to make sure the package wasn't delivered to a front office or a locked mailbox, and also check your order confirmation email to be sure your address was entered correctly.
If your package doesn’t arrive within a week of the “delivered” notification from the carrier, let us know by emailing [email protected].

I tried to return my shirt through your website but it says it’s not returnable. What do I do?

Don’t worry! When entering a return on our website, be sure to use the 5 digit reference number as the order number. You should be able to return it with no problems!

I received something different than what I ordered. What do I do?

Send us an email to [email protected] with your order number, a photo of the packing slip you received with your order, and photos of the front of the shirt and the tag of the shirt (showing the size). We’ll get this resolved so you can start repping the movement as soon as possible!

How can I see what the shipping charges will be for my order?

If you go through the steps on our website to place an order, you will be given a total with the calculated shipping cost before your card is charged and your order is processed.

How can I expedite shipping for my order to get it to me faster?

Place your order on our website, then send an email to [email protected] as soon as possible containing your order number and the date you would like your order to be delivered by. We will email you an invoice for the additional shipping charges. This can be paid online with a credit card or PayPal. As soon as the invoice is paid, we’ll get your order in the mail!

Are your t-shirts ethically produced?

Most of our shirts are printed on Next Level Apparel, and some are printed on The District Clothing. We encourage you to visit their websites to learn more about how these shirts are made.

My item is damaged. What do I do?

Oh no! We definitely want to help make this right. Send us an email to [email protected]. Include your order and a photo of the damaged item. A member of our team will be in touch with you shortly!

Product Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if we made a mistake with your shipment, please use the form below to initiate the return process. You may request to return your merchandise within 30 days of the product shipment. Books and downloadable products may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances unless stated otherwise during time of purchase.
